Cancellation Policy

1. About this policy

Aethelix Vektor Ltd ("Aethelix", "we", "us") is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17243278. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

This policy explains how you can cancel a service or order with us, and when we may cancel. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If your written order sets out different notice periods or minimum terms, the order applies.

2. Before a service starts

You can cancel an order in writing at any time before the agreed start date. We will not charge you, except for any set-up or third-party costs that your order says are payable on cancellation.

3. Voice services

You can end a voice service by giving the notice set out in your order. If no notice period is stated, give 30 days' written notice; the service then ends at the end of the billing period in which the notice expires.
If your order has a minimum term, fees for the rest of that term may be payable if you cancel early, as stated in the order.
When a service ends, telephone numbers allocated to you may be withdrawn. If you want to move a number to another provider, ask before your service ends; porting is subject to the rules that apply to that number.

4. AI automation services

You can cancel a project at any time by written notice. You pay for work carried out and third-party costs committed up to the date of cancellation.
Ongoing support or maintenance plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice, unless your order says otherwise.
On cancellation, we will hand over any completed work you have paid for, as set out in your order.

5. When we may cancel

We may suspend or end a service as set out in our Terms of Service, for example for a serious breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment after notice, suspected fraud, or where we are required to by law, a regulator or an upstream provider. If we end a service for reasons that are not your fault, we refund fees you have paid in advance for the period after it ends.

6. How to cancel

Email info@aethelixvektor.cloud with the subject "Cancellation", your company name, the service or order you want to cancel, and the date you want it to end. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 5 working days.

7. After cancellation

We will send a final invoice or credit note. We will return or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy and any data processing terms we agreed with you, unless the law requires us to keep it.
