Acceptable Use Policy

1. About this policy

Aethelix Vektor Ltd ("Aethelix", "we", "us") is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17243278. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

This policy sets out how our business voice services and AI automation services may and may not be used. It forms part of our Terms of Service. You are responsible for use of the services by your staff and anyone using your account.

2. General rules

You must use our services lawfully and must not use them to:

  • commit or help with fraud, harassment, threats or abuse;
  • send spam or unlawful marketing;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • attack, probe or interfere with our systems, networks or other customers;
  • resell or share the services without our written consent.

3. Voice services

You must not:

  • make nuisance, silent or abandoned calls;
  • make marketing calls in breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, including calls to numbers registered with the TPS or CTPS without a lawful basis;
  • present a false or misleading calling line identity, or use numbers you are not entitled to use;
  • generate artificially inflated traffic, carry out number scanning or try to avoid charges;
  • break Ofcom rules or the rules of any network we use.

4. AI automation services

You must not use automations we build or run to:

  • deceive people, including by impersonating real people or organisations;
  • process personal data without a lawful basis or in breach of UK GDPR;
  • make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review;
  • collect data from websites or services you do not have the right to access;
  • create or spread unlawful, harmful or discriminatory content.

5. Reporting misuse

If you think our services are being misused, email info@aethelixvektor.cloud with the subject "Abuse report".

6. What we may do

If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may investigate, suspend or end the service, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where the law requires or allows. Our Terms of Service explain suspension and termination in full.
